Boho Australia and Primrose are committed to ethical business practices throughout our supply chain. We strive to improve social, ethical, and environmental standards for all our partners. Our merchandise must be produced under safe, healthy, and fair working conditions. Suppliers must demonstrate respect for workers’ rights and actively reduce their environmental impact. We value transparent and trustworthy trading relationships.

This policy outlines our ethical standards for all suppliers. It describes how we manage supplier relationships and assist suppliers in maintaining these standards. Suppliers must comply with this policy and all applicable local laws and regulations within their country of origin.

Boho Australia and Primrose expect suppliers to uphold the following standards, along with all associated laws and regulations:

  • Accidents must be recorded, and adequate medical care must be accessible.
  • Fire safety measures must be in place, and buildings must meet safety standards.
  • Disaster preparedness plans and training are required.
  • Workers must receive regular safety training.
  • Protective equipment must be provided and used.
  • Suppliers must comply with the Manufacturing Restricted Substance List.
  • Workers must have access to clean water, toilets, and food preparation areas.
  • Harassment and abuse are prohibited.

E. Child Labor

  • Suppliers cannot employ workers below the local minimum working age.
  • Suppliers must verify worker ages and keep records.

Non-compliance will require corrective action. Failure to take corrective action may result in termination of the business relationship.
