Order Placement
Placing an order via email, order form, or telephone constitutes an offer to purchase. This offer becomes a binding contract upon our acceptance of your order. This acceptance may occur when an invoice is issued for confirmation, or when the order is charged and dispatched.
Product Availability and Dispatch
Orders placed or confirmed before 2 pm on a working day will normally ship the same day. Otherwise, items will ship the following business day. We strive to maintain stock availability but may amend invoices if items are unavailable. Boho Australia is not liable for shipping delays.
Damage and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items immediately. We will request details and advise on the return process. Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unsoiled, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
Sale items and correctly delivered items are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Boho Australia will evaluate returned items to determine refund eligibility. Boho Australia will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
